Delete your account
You can delete your Tokaru account and all associated data. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Delete in the app
- 1Open the Tokaru app and sign in.
- 2Go to “Profile” → “Settings”.
- 3Tap “Delete Account” and follow the prompts to confirm.
Request deletion by email
If you can’t use the app, email us with the address (or sign-in method) you registered with. After verifying it’s you, we’ll delete your account within 3 business days.

- Account details (email, display name, profile picture)
- Recognition history, collection schedule, address and reminder settings
- Feedback you have sent
Authentication logs kept for security investigations are deleted automatically after up to 90 days; error logs after up to 30 days.
